Angry, anxious, defeated:
try writing something creative.

Disappointed, disconnected, down:
do a quiz on things you know lots about.

Energised, engaged, exhausted:
go for a virtual walk some place exciting.

Frustrated, humiliated, like I don’t fit in:
research something you find interesting.

Like a burden, lonely, lost:
give your favourite film a watch.

Peaceful, thankful, tired:
put on comfortable clothes.

Trapped:
do a puzzle.
